All information accessible through the Application belongs to your employer, and all information you collect using the Application is collected in behalf of your employer.
The Application collects the following information automatically: the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, and your mobile operating system. This information is collected only when you log into the Application. It is logged in to verify your usage of the Application and it is accessible by your employer as part of their management of the StackFM subscription as a whole.
As part of your use of the Application to collect information in behalf of your employer, you may be required to collect data which is derived from your device’s sensors and functionalities. Depending on your specific device, this Application may request certain permissions to allow it to access your device’s functionalities and data as described below. By default, these permissions must be granted by you before the respective functionalities or data can be accessed. Once the permission has been given, it can be revoked by you at any time. In order to revoke these permissions, you may refer to the device settings or the User Manual. The exact procedure for controlling app permissions may be dependent on your device and its operating system. Please note that the revoking of such permissions might impact the proper functioning of this Application.
As part of your use of the Application to collect information in behalf of your employer, you may be required to plot the exact location of what you are recording. If you grant this permission, the Application would assist you in plotting this location with easy. The Application would never use this feature for any other purpose.
As part of your use of the Application to collect information in behalf of your employer, you may need to attach pictures to the information already collected. The Application would use this permission to provide a shortcut to the camera, and will assist you in uploading the desired image to the database where it will be considered your employer’s property.
As part of your use of the Application to process information in behalf of your employer, you may need to e-mail an associate whose contact information is within your Contacts list. The Application would use this permission to provide a shortcut to your contacts and will assist you in using the desired contact’s e-mail address. The Application will not use this feature for any other purpose.
As part of your use of the Application to collect information in behalf of your employer, you may need to attach an audio recording. The Application would use this permission to provide a shortcut to the audio recording functionality of your device, and will assist you in uploading the desired recording to the database where it will be considered your employer’s property.
We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain in behalf of your employer. For example, we limit access to this information to authorized employees and contractors who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve the Application. Please be aware that, although we endeavor provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.

We will notify you of any changes to our Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy here and informing you via email or text message.
